REGULATION (EEC) No 2567/70 OF THE COUNCIL

extending to other imports the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 109/70 establishing common rules for imports from state-trading countries

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 109/70 should be extended so as to cover imports of the products in question from the USSR, thereby making Having regard to the Treaty establishing the such imports subject to the same rules as imports of European Economic Community, and in particular such products from Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, Article 113 thereof; Czechoslavakia and Poland, these imports being already covered by that Annex; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 109/701 of 19 December 1969, establishing common HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : rules for imports from state-trading countries, and in particular Article 2 thereof;
