REGULATION (EEC) No 2613 /70 OF THE COUNCIL of 15 December 1970 amending Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 865/68 in respect of certain products falling within sub-heading No 20.07 A of the Common Customs Tariff
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas, pursuant to Article 9 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 865 /68 , the tariff nomenclature provided Having regard to the Treaty establishing the for in this Regulation must be incorporated in the European Economic Community ; Common Customs Tariff;
