REGULATION (EEC) No 2615/70 OF THE COMMISSION
of 18 December 1970
on applications for reimbursement by the EAGGF of premiums granted by Member States for slaughtering cows and for witholding milk or milk products from the market
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM system of premiums for slaughtering cows, and in MUNITIES, order to make it easier to take a decision on them;

APPLICATION FOR REIMBURSEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 12 (1 ) OF REGULATION (EEC) No 1975/69

It is confirmed that : (a) the applications for the granting of premiums were lodged in good and due form between 1 and 20 December 1969, and for Italy between 1 December 1 969 and 9 January 1970 ; ( b) the recipient's written undertaking referred to in Article 2 of Regulation (EEC) No 1975/69 contains the declarations required under Article 5 (2) (c) of Regulation (EEC) No 2195/69 and has been registered by the competent authority ; (c) the recipients have furnished proof that they have carried out the undertaking referred to in Article 2 ( b) of Regulation (EEC) No 1975/69 ; (d) the cows in respect of which the premium was applied for were slaughtered at the latest on 30 April 1970, it being understood that for milch cows calving between 1 April and 30 May 1970 the period for slaughter ends thirty days after the day of calving ; (e) the cows in respect of which a premium has been granted are those indicated by the inspector at the time of his visit to each farm .
