REGULATION (EEC) No 2631 /70 OF THE COMMISSION of 23 December 1970 amplifying Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2588/69 of 22 December 1969 establishing the list of airline companies exempt from providing the guarantee required within the framework of the Community transit system

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No S42/691 of 18 March 1969 on Community transit, and in particular Article 45 thereof; Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2588/692 of 22 December 1969 .establishing the list of airline companies exempt from providing the guarantee required within the framework of the Community transit system has listed in the Annex the airline: companies so exempt; Whereas the French company 'Trans-Union' should be included in that list in the light of the grounds on which the list was established; Whereas the provisions of this Regulation are in accordance with the Opinion of the Committee on Community Transit;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Sole Article The following shall be added to the list appearing in the Annex to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2588 /69 of 22 December 1969 : ' 80. Trans-Union, Paris.'

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
