REGULATION (EEC) No 2646/70 OF THE COMMISSION of 28 December 1970 amending Regulation No 633/67/EEC on the advance fixing of the export refund on cereals

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ Regulations relating to Community licences ; whereas MUNITIES, the latter Regulations do not exemplify cases of force majeure; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Whereas provisions relating to imports, similar to those of Article 2a, are to be repealed from 1 January Having regard to Council Regulation No 1971 when the Regulations relating to Community 120/67/EEC1 of 13 June 1967 on the common licences enter into force ; organisation of the market in cereals, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2434/70,2 and in particular "Whereas, Article 2a should therefore be repealed ; Article 16 ( 6) thereof; Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Whereas according to Article 2a of Commission are in accordance with the Opinion of the Regulation No 633 /67/EEC3 of 27 September 1967 Management Committee for Cereals ; on the advance fixing of the export refund on cereals, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 737/694 any corrective ' amount applicable in cases of force majeure is that which had been fixed in advance for HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : the month during which exportation should have taken place; whereas the application of this provision Article 1 was limited to those cases of force majeure listed in Article 9 (2) of Commission Regulation ' No Article 2a of Regulation No 633/67/EEC is hereby 473 /67/EEC5 of 21 August 1967 on import and repealed. export licences for cereals,, products processed from cereals, rice, broken rice and products processed from rice ; Article 2
