REGULATION (EEC) No 2664/70 OF THE COMMISSION of 29 December 1970 extending the time limit set in Article 55 (1) of Regulation (EEC) No 542/69 on Community transit

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation MUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Committee on Community Transit; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 5 42/691 of 18 March 1969 on Community transit, and in particular Article 58 ( 1 ) ( d) thereof; Article 1
