REGULATION (EEC) No 50/71 OF THE COMMISSION

of 12 January 1971 amending, in respect of Bulgaria and Romania, Regulation (EEC) No 1054/68 determining the list of agencies certifying the admissibility to certain tariff headings of certain milk products from third countries

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ Whereas the following agencies have been recognised MUNITIES, for Kashkaval falling within tariff sub-heading 04.04 E .1 (b) 2 and for products falling within tariff sub-heading 04.04 E I (b) 3 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; — by Bulgaria :

the 'Darjavna Inspectzia za Kontrol na Stokite za Isnos (DIKSI)' in Sofia : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/681 of 27 June 1968 on the common organisation of the market in milk and milk products, as last — by Romania : amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1253 /70,2 and in particular Article 14 ( 7) thereof; the ' Officiul de Control al Marfurilor' in Bucharest ;

Whereas in accordance with Article 1 of Commission Regulation (EEC ) No 1053 /68 3 of 23 July 1968 Whereas these agencies have undertaken to meet the defining the conditions under which certain milk requirements of Article 7 of Regulation (EEC) No products may be admitted to certain tariff headings, 1053 /68 ; as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2605/70,4 products from third countries may be admitted to sub-headings 04.04 E I (b) 2 and 04.04 E I (b) 3 only Whereas the list in the Annex to Regulation (EEC) if a certificate is produced duly authenticated by an No 1054/68 should therefore be amended ; issuing agency appearing on a list to determined ; whereas that list was determined by Regulation (EEC) No 1054/68 ,5 as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1183/70°; Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products ; Whereas ail agency may be included in the list only if it meets the requirements of Article 7 of Regulation (EEC) No 1053/68 ;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article2¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
