REGULATION (EEC) No 154/71 OF THE COUNCIL

of 26 January 1971 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1052/68 on the import and export system for products processed from cereals and from rice

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Article 1 European Economic Community ; I. In the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 1052/68 , Having regard to Council Regulation No the descriptions relating to sub-headings Nos 11.01 K, 120/67/EEC1 of 13 June 1967 on the common II.02 ATX, 11.02 B VIII, 11.02 C VIII, 11.02 D VIII organisation of the market in cereals, as last amended and 11.02 E IX with effect from 1 January 1971 , be by Regulation (EEC) No 2434/70,2 and in particular amended as follows : Articles 14 (3 ), 16 (5 ), 17 and 23 (4) thereof; CTT Having regard to Council Regulation No heading Description of goods No 359/67/EEC3 of 25 July 1967 on the common organisation of the market in rice, as last amended by 11.01 K Of sorghum Regulation (EEC) No 2434/70, and in particular 11.02 A IX Of sorghum Articles 12 (3 ), 17 (5 ) and 18 thereof; 11.02 B VIII Of sorghum Having regard to the proposal from the Commission; 11.02 C VIII Of sorghum 11.02 D VIII Of sorghum Whereas Regulation (EEC) No 2434/70 amended the 11.02 E IX Of sorghum description of the products falling within tariff heading No 11.01 as regards sorghum, and whereas amendments should consequently be made to 2 . In the German text of the Annex to Regulation headings Nos 11.01 and 11.02 in the Annex to (EEC) No 1052/68, the descriptions relating to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1052/684 on the sub-headings Nos 11.01 H, 11.02 A VIII, 11.02 B VII, import and export system for products processed 11.02 C VII, 11.02 D VII and 11.02 E VIII shall be from cereals and from rice; amended as follows with effect from 1 January 1971 :

Article2¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
