REGULATION (EURATOM) No 233/71 OF THE COUNCIL of 1 February 1971

amending the conditions governing remuneration and social security for establishment staff of the Joint Nuclear Research Centre employed in Belgium

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , for establishment staff of the Joint Nuclear Research Centre at each place of employment;

Having Regard ro Council Regulation (EEC, Whereas Article 16 of Regulation No 10/63/Euratom Euratom, ECSC) No 259/68 1 of 29 February 1968 on should be aligned with local provisions as regards the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European adaptation of basic monthly salaries to the general Communities and Conditions of Employment of retail price index ; Other Servants of the Communities, and in particular the second paragraph of Article 4 and Articles 94 and 95 of those Conditions of Employment ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having Regard to Council Regulations No 10/ 63 Article 1 Euratom2 of 18 December 1963 laying down the conditions governing remuneration and social security for establishment staff of the Joint Nuclear In the second sentence of the first subparagraph of Research Centre employed in Belgium, as last Article 16 ( 1 ) of Regulation No 10/63 /Euratom, amended by Regulation (Euratom) No 1399/70,3 and '2*28% ' shall, with effect from 1 September 1970, be in particular Article 16 thereof; substituted for '2-5% '.

Having regard to the proposal from the Commission; Article 2

Whereas it is for the Council, acting on a proposal This Regulation shall enter into force on the third from the Commission, to lay down, in the light of day following its publication in the Official Journal local practice, the conditions governing remuneration of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
