REGULATION (EEC) No 258 /71 OF THE COMMISSION

of 4 February 1971 on a standing invitation to tender to determine the export refund on raw beet sugar

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation MUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Management Committee for Sugar; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community;
