REGULATION (EEC) No 347/71 OF THE COUNCIL of 15 February 1971 amending the conditions governing remuneration and social security for establishment staff of the Joint Nuclear Research Centre employed in the Netherlands

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC, EURATOM, ECSC) No 259/68 1 of 29 February 1968 The following Articles 3b and 3c shall be added to on the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Regulation No 11 /65 / Euratom : Communities and the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the Communities, and in particular 'Article 3 b the second paragraph of Article 4 and Articles 94 and 95 of those Conditions of Employment; For the year 1970, establishment staff employed on 1 August 1970 shall receive a single allowance amounting to 2-78% of their annual salary, the Having regard to Council Regulation No latter being calculated on the basis of the monthly 11 /65 /EURATOM2 of 16 March 1965 laying down salary in force on 1 August 1970, including rent the conditions governing remuneration and social allowance, leave allowance and the monthly security for establishment staff of the Joint Nuclear ' allowance in force on 1 - August 1970 for Research Centre employed in the Netherlands, as last dependent children, taking into account the amended by Council Regulation (EURATOM) No number of children dependent on the member 966/703 of 25 May 1970, and in particular Article 13 concerned at 1 August 1970. thereof ; A member of establishment staff who has not completed seven months' service on 1 August Having regard to the proposal from the Commission; 1970 or whose service terminated before 31 December 1970 shall be granted a single allowance calculated on the basis of the number Whereas it is for the Council, acting on a proposal of months' service completed, any period of from the Commission, to lay down, in the light of fifteen or more days being counted as a full month and any period of less than fifteen days local practice, the conditions governing remuneration for establishment staff of the Joint Nuclear Research being disregarded. Article3¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member . States .
