REGULATION (EEC) No 375/71 OF THE COMMISSION

of 22 February 1971 amending, in respect of Hungary, Regulation (EEC) No 1054/68 determining the list of agencies certifying the admissibility to certain tariff headings of certain milk products from third countries

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM-. "Whereas the following issuing agency has been MUNITIES , recognised for Kashkaval falling within tariff sub-heading 04.04 E I ( b ) 2 and for products falling Having regard to the Treaty establishing the within sub-heading 04.04 E I ( b ) 3 European Economic Community ; — by Hungary / Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC ) No the 'Tejtermékek Magyar Allami Ellenörzö Allo­ 804/68 1 of 27 June 1968 on the common organisation måsa' in Budapest ; of the market in milk and milk products , as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1253/70,2 and in Whereas this agency has undertaken to meet the particular Article 14 ( 7) thereof; requirements of Article 7 of Regulation (EEC ) No 1053 / 68 : Whereas in accordance with Article 1 of Commission Regulation (EEC ) No 1053 /68 3 of 23 July 1968 Whereas the list in the Annex to Regulation (EEC) defining the conditions under which certain milk No' 1054/68 should therefore be amended ; products may be admitted to certain tariff headings, as last amended by Regulation (EEC ) No 2605 /70 ,4 Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation products from third countries may be admitted to are in accordance with the Opinion of the tariff subheadings 04.04 E I (b ). 2 and 04.04 E I (b ) 3 Management Committee for Milk and Milk only if a certificate is produced duly authenticated by Products ; an issuing agency appearing on a list to be determined ; whereas that list was determined by Regulation (EEC ) No 1054/685 of 23 July 1968 , as HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : last amended by Regulation (EEC ) No 50/71 6 ; Article 1 Whereas an agency may be included in the list only if it meets the requirements of Article 7 of Regulation The following shall be added "to the Annex to (EEC) No 1053/68 ; Regulation (EEC) No 1054/68 :

Article2¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 March 1971 .

This Regulation' shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
