REGULATION (EEC) No 1012/71 OF THE COMMISSION

of 17 May 1971 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1470/68 on the drawing and reduction of samples and the determination of the oil content, impurities and moisture in oil seeds

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ of 23 September 1968 on the drawing and reduction MUNITIES, of samples and the determination of the oil content, impurities and moisture in oil seeds, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 13 8 1/70,8 should therefore Having regard to the Treaty establishing the be amended; European Economic Community ;

Having regard to Council Regulation No Article 1 162/66/EEC3 of 27 October 1966 on trade in oils and fats between the Community and Greece, and in The following shall be substituted for Article 1 ( 1 ) of particular Article 8 thereof; Regulation (EEC) No 1470/68 :
