REGULATION (EEC) No 1107/71 OF THE COMMISSION of 28 May 1971 amending the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 698/71 fixing standard values for fishery products withdrawn from the market and used in calculating financial compensation

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ processing into meal, for purposes other than human MUNITIES, consumption, are disposed of at prices differing appreciably from the average taken into account for Having regard to the Treaty establishing the fishery products other than herring and mackerel; European Economic Community ; whereas Regulation (EEC) No 698 /71 should therefore be supplemented by the inclusion of the amount of standard value to be taken as a basis of Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2142/70 1 of 20 October 1970 on the common calculation for these shrimps ; organisation of the market in fishery products, and in particular Article 10 (5 ) thereof; Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the Opinion of the Management Committtee for fishery products ; Whereas standard values for fishery products withdrawn from the market and used in calculating financial compensation were fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC ) No 698/71 2 of 31 March 1971 , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : taking into account the average receipts which may be obtained by disposing of these products. Article2¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Klember States .
