REGULATION (EEC) No 1198/71 OF THE COUNCIL of 7 June 1971 amending the conditions governing remuneration and social security for establishment staff of the Joint Nuclear Research Centre employed in the Netherlands

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC, Euratom, ECSC) No 259/68 1 of 29 February 1968 on the Staff The following Article 3 (d) shall be added to Regulations of Officials of the European. Regulation No 11/65/Euratom : Communities and the Conditions of Employment of 'Article 3 (a) Other Servants of the Communities, and in particular the second paragraph of Article 4 and Articles 94 and Staff employed on 1 November 1970 shall receive 95 of those Conditions of Employment; a single allowance of: fl 400 for officials aged twenty-three years or over on 1 November 1970; Having regard to Council Regulation No 11/65/Euratom2 of 16 March 1965 laying down the fl 400 for officials aged less that twenty-three conditions governing remuneration and social years on 1 November 1970 but who security for establishment staff of the Joint Nuclear are married or who have dependants Research Centre employed in the Netherlands, as last within the meaning of the Netherlands amended by Regulation (Euratom) No 347/71,3 and law; in particular Article 13 thereof; fl 350 for unmarried officials of twenty-one to twenty-three years, with no Having regard to the proposal from the Commission; ' dependants within the meaning of the Netherlands law; Whereas, in view of the changes in salaries for staff fl 300 for unmarried officials aged nineteen to of the Reactor Centrum Nederland made since 1 twenty-one, with no dependants within the meaning of the Netherlands law.' Article3¶

Article 4 The Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
