REGULATION (EEC) No 1252/71 OF THE COUNCIL of 14 June 1971 amending the intervention system provided for in Regulation No 121 /67/EEC on the common organisation of the market in pigmeat

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular The following shall be substituted for Article 5 of Article 43 thereof: Regulation No 121 /67/EEC :
