REGULATION (EEC) No 1425 /71 OF THE COUNCIL of 2 July 1971

supplementing Regulation (EEC) No 865/68 on the common organisation of the market in products processed from fruit and vegetables by certain provisions on the granting of export refunds

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Regulation (EEC) No 865/68 shall be supplemented Article 43 thereof; by the following Articles :
