REGULATION (EEC) No 1550/71 OF THE COUNCIL of 19 July 1971 amending Regulation No 120/67/EEC as regards cereals for food aid

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, 120/67/EEC should be extended to this new Convention ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the proposal from the Commission;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
