REGULATION (EEC) No 1571 /71 OF THE COMMISSION of 22 July 1971 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2588/69 of 22 December 1969 establishing the list of airline companies exempt from providing the guaraptee required within the framework of the Community transit system

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ Whereas the airline company Travelair GmbH & CO MUNITIES , KG, Bremen, is being wound up and should accordingly be deleted from that list;

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Whereas the provisions of this Regulation are in European Economic Community ; accordance with the Opinion of the Committee on Community Transit;
