REGULATION (EURATOM) No 1709/71 OF THE COUNCIL of 26 July 1971

amending the conditions governing remuneration and social security for establishment staff of the Joint Nuclear Research Centre employed in Belgium

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas, in particular, the Belgian authorities have decided to take into consideration a month earlier the effects on salaries and wages of the fluctuations of Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC, Euratom, the price index ; ECSC) No 259/68 1 of 29 February 1968 on the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Communities and Conditions of Employment of HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Other Servants of the Communities, and in particular the second paragraph of Article 4 and Articles 94 and Article 1 95 of those Conditions of Employment;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
