REGULATION (EEC) No 1755/71 OF THE COMMISSION of 10 August 1971 establishing Community surveillance over imports of urea from Yugoslavia
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM provided for in Article 8 of Regulation (EEC) No MUNITIES, 1025/70, which document may appropriately be accompanied by a certificate of origin; Having regard to the , Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 1025/701 of 25 May 1970 establishing common rules for imports from third countries, and in particular Articles 7 and 8 thereof; The importation of urea, sub-heading No 29.25 A I of the Common Customs Tariff, into the Community from Yugoslavia shall, in accordance with the After consultation with the Committe provided for in procedures provided for in Regulation (EEC) No Article 5 of that Regulation ; 1025/70, be made subject to Community surveillance.
Whereas imports of urea, sub-heading No 29-25 A I of the Common Customs Tariff, into the Community Article 2 from Yugoslavia have recently increased considerably and have been effected at relatively low prices ; The import document shall be valid for a maximum period of four months. Whereas, given the general market situation as regards the product in question, these imports threaten to cause injury to Community producers of Article 3 like products ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the third Whereas, this being so, the interests of the day following its publication in the Official Journal Community call for Community surveillance over of the European Communities. It shall apply from 1 such imports, by means of the import document September 1971 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
