REGULATION (EEC) No 1987/71 OF THE COMMISSION

of 14 September 1971 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1025/68 fixing the coefficients for calculating the levy on beef and veal other than frozen, as regards certain definitions

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation MUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Management Committee for Beef and Veal ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 805/68 1 of 27 June 1968 on the common organisation of the market in beef and veal, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1261 /71 ,2 and in particular 1 . The following shall be substituted for Article 2 Article 12 (5 ) thereof; (8 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1025/68 :

'8 .
