REGULATION (EEC) No 2078/ 71 OF THE COUNCIL of 27 September 1971 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1852/69 laying down general rules for the supply of skimmed-milk powder to the World Food Programme and the International Committee of the Red Cross

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, World Food Programme and between the Com munity and the International Committee of the Red Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Cross on the understanding that in each case the two Economic Community; parties have the option of fixing a further time limit by common consent; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/ 681 of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza 'Whereas, this being so, it seems advisable to abolish tion of the market in milk and milk products , as last the time limit fixed in Article 1 (3) of Regulation amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1261 / 7 1 2, and in (EEC) No 1852/ 69, particular Article 7 (4) thereof;

Having regard to the proposal from the Commission; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas Article 1 (3) of Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 1852/693 provides that 120 000 metric tons of skim med-milk powder is to be made available to the Article 1 (3) of Regulation (EEC) No 1852/69 is World Food Programme and 3000 metric tons to the hereby repealed.
