REGULATION (EEC) No 2194/71 OF THE COMMISSION of 13 October 1971 amending Regulation (EEC) No 210/69 as regards the communication of applications for export licences for milk powder

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ proved necessary to extend daily communications to MUNITIES, all milk powder;

Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Having regard to the Treaty establishing the are in accordance with the Opinion of the European Economic Community ; Management Committee for Milk and Milk Products ; Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC ) No 804/681 of 27 June 1968 on the common organisation of the market in milk and milk products, as last HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1410/71 ,2 and in particular Article 28 thereof ; Article 1 Whereas Article 6 ( 1 ) ( a) of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 210/693 of 31 January 1969 on In Article 6 ( 1 ) (a) of Regulation (EEC) No 210/69 communications between Member States and the 'milk powder falling within tariff sub-headings Nos Commission with regard to milk and milk products, 04.02 A II and 04.02 B I ( b )' shall be substituted for as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 849/71 ,4 'skimmed milk powder falling within tariff sub­ lays down inter alia that the Member States shall heading No 04.02 A II (b) I'. communicate to the Commission each working day the quantities of skimmed milk powder for which an Article 2 export licence was applied for on that day;

Whereas, in view of the development of the market This Regulation shall enter into force on 14 October and in the interest of its efficient management, it has 1971 .

This Regulatibn shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
