REGULATION (EEC) No 2283/71 OF THE COMMISSION of 26 October 1971 on suspending the conclusion of private storage contracts for the A II type of table wine

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ Whereas as a result of the average price fixings of 19 MUNITIES, October 1971 under Regulation (EEC) No 2232/714 and of 26 October 1971 under Regulation (EEC) No 2282/715 for the A II type of table wine, those prices Having regard to the Treaty establishing the at marketing centres have remained above the European Economic Community; activating price for two consecutive weeks ;

Whereas Article 5 (3 ) of that Regulation stipulates Article 1 that private storage aid shall be granted until at all the marketing centres the average price for that type No further private storage contracts shall be of wine reaches or exceeds the activating price for concluded for the A II type of table wine from 27 two consecutive weeks ; October 1971 .

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1580/703 Article 2 of 4 August 1970 on private storage aid for table wines of types R I, A I and A II provides that private storage aid should be granted for the A II type of This Regulation shall enter into force on 27 October table wine from 5 August 1970; 1971 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
