REGULATION (EEC) No 2313/71 OF THE COUNCIL of 29 October 1971 on the temporary partial suspension of the Common Customs Tariff duties on wine originating in and coming from Algeria

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Article 1 European Economic Community, and in particular Article 43 thereof; 1 .
