REGULATION (EURATOM ) No 2533 /71 OF THE COUNCIL of 22 November 1971 amending the conditions governing remuneration and social security for establishment staff of the Joint Nuclear Research Centre employed in Italy

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Having regard to Council Regulation No 259/68* (EEC, Euratom, ECSC) of 29 February 1968 on the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Communities and the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the Communities, and in particular the second paragraph . of Article 4 and Articles 94 and 95 of the Conditions of Employment ; Having regard to Council Regulation No 9/63/Euratom2 of 18 December 1963 laying down the conditions governing remuneration and social security for establishment staff of the Joint Nuclear Research Centre employed in Italy, as last amended by Regulation ( Euratom ) No 2049/70,3 and in particular Article 17 thereof ; Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; "Whereas in view of the changes in salaries made since 1 October 1970 and which will be made from 1 July 1972 in respect of employees in sectors covered by the 'Metal­ meccanici' collective agreement, Regulation No 9/63 /Euratom should be further amended ;

Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
