REGULATION (EEC) No 2726/71 OF THE COUNCIL of 20 December 1971 amending Regulation No 359/67/EEC on the common organisation of the market in rice

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article4¶

In Article 4 (6) of Regulation No 359/67/EEC, the words 'third subparagraph' shall be substituted for the words 'second subparagraph'.

Article5¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

It shall apply from 1 January 1972 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
