REGULATION (EEC) No 2808/71 OF THE COMMISSION of 23 December 1971 supplementing Annex I to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1109/71 of 28 May 1971 on detailed rules for determining the entry price for certain fishery products

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2142/701 of 20 October 1970 on the common organisation of the market in fishery products, and in particular Article 18 (6) thereof; Whereas to make it possible to determine the entry price for . all products for which a reference price has been fixed, quality conversion factors for herrings should be inserted . in Regulation (EEC) No 1109/712 ; Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the Opinion of the Management Committee for Fishery Products ;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Sole Article As from 1 January 1972, the Table in Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1109/71 shall be supplemented by the following quality conversion factors :

Quality Species conversion factor Freshness category Size Presentation Herrings all categories 1 whole fish 1-00 all categories 2 whole fish 1-06J6 all categories 3 whole fish 1-2150 i The freshness categories, sizes and presentations are those defined in application of Article 2 of Regulation (EEC) No 2142/70 .
