REGULATION (EEC) No 2/72 OF THE COUNCIL of 30 December 1971 amending Regulations Nos 134/67/EEC and 137/67/EEC as regards sluice-gate prices and the system of 'pilot products and derived products' for pigmeat

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , amended by Regulation (EEC) No 105 1/68,4 and to the Annexes to Council Regulation No 137/67/EEC5 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the of 13 June 1967 laying down general rules for the European Economic Community ; system of 'pilot products and derived products' allowing additional amounts to be fixed for pigmeat, Having regard to Council Regulation No as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2611 /706 ; 121/67/EEC1 of 13 June 1967 on the common organization of the market in pigmeat, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2727/71 ,2 and in HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : particular Articles 12 (4) and 13 (4) thereof; Article 1 Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; The following shall be substituted for Article 1 of Whereas the nomenclature appearing in Article 1 of Regulation No 134/67/EEC : Regulation No 121/67/EEC as regards headings Nos 02.05 and 15.01 of the Common Customs Tariff was 'Apart from the meat of domestic swine in amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2727/71 ; whereas , carcases or half carcases, fresh, chilled, frozen, consequently, amendments must be made to Article 1 salted or in brine, with or without heads, feet or of Council Regulation No 134/67/EEC3 of 13 June flare fat, falling within subheadings Nos 02.01 A 1967 establishing the list of products for which III ( a ) 1 and 02.06 B I ( a) 1 of the Common sluice-gate prices are fixed and adopting the rules for Customs Tariff, sluice-gate prices shall be fixed fixing the sluice-gate price for pig carcases, as last for the following products :

Article 2 following its publication in the Official Journal of The Annexes to this Regulation shall be substituted the European Communities. for the Annexes to Regulation No 137/67/EEC. Article 3 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day It shall apply from 1 January 1972.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
