REGULATION (EEC) No 224/72 OF THE COUNCIL of 31 January 1972 amending Regulation No 213 /67/EEC establishing the list of representative markets for pigmeat in the Community

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, whereas consequently the list of markets in that Member State must be amended :

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to Council Regulation No Article 1 121 /67/EEC1 of 13 June 1967 on the common organization of the market in pigmeat, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2727/71 ,2 and in The following shall be substituted for point 2 in the particular Article 4 (5 ) thereof; Annex to Regulation No 213 /67/EEC :

Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; '2. The following group of markets : Kiel, Bremen, Hannover, Oldenburg, Krefeld, Miinster, Bielefeld, Diisseldorf, Mainz, Frankfurt/Main, Whereas the list of representative markets for Stuttgart, Niirnberg, Miinchen .' pigmeat in the Community was established by Regulation No 213 /67/EEC,3 as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2090/ 70 4 ; Article 2

Whereas in the Federal Republic of Germany more This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February markets situated in production areas should be used ; 1972 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
