REGULATION (EEC) No 649/72 OF THE COUNCIL of 30 March 1972 fixing the aid for skimmed milk and skimmed milk powder for use as feed for the 1972/73 marketing year

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, less expensive in the Community than skimmed milk; whereas the aid provided for in Article 10 of Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 must consequently be Having regard to the Treaty establishing the fixed in such a way that liquid skimmed milk and European Economic Community ; skimmed milk powder can be used as feed; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/681 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in milk and milk products, as last HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : amended by Regulation (EEC) No 141.1/71 ,2 and in particular the second subparagraph of Article 10 (2) thereof; Article 1

Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; For the 1972/73 marketing year the aid shall be :

( a) 1-65 units of account per 100 kilogrammes of "Whereas the second subparagraph of Article 10 (2) of skimmed milk, .
