REGULATION (EEC) No 687/72 OF THE COMMISSION

of 28 March 1972

fixing the minimum prices for exports to third countries of corms, bulbs and tubers of begonias, dahlias, gladioli, sinningias' and the lilium species

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation MUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Management Committee for Live Plants ;

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 234/68 1 of 27 February 1968 on the establishment of a common organization of the market in live trees The minimum prices for the export year 1 June 1972 and other plants, bulbs, roots and the like, cut to 31 May 1973 are hereby fixed, for each product, flowers and ornamental foliage, and in particular as shown in Annex I. Article 7 ( 1 ) thereof;

Article 2 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1767/682 of 6 November 1968 on the system of minimum prices for exports to third countries of flowering The third countries to which the minimum prices corms, bulbs and tubers, as amended by Regulation apply, shall be divided into groups. These groups are (EEC) No 1946/70,3 provides that the minimum set out in Annex II . export prices for the species in question must be fixed each year and are applicable to products Article 3 harvested in the year following that in which they were fixed ; whereas, for the export year 1 June 1972 to 31 May 1973 , these prices should be varied This Regulation shall enter into force on the third according to country of destination, marketing day following its publication in the Official Journal conditions and size ; of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member . States .
