REGULATION (EEC). No 715/72 OF THE COMMISSION of 7 April 1972 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2637/70 as regards the period of validity of export licences for milk and milk products

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation MUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Management Committee for Milk and Milk Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Products ; European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/681 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization Article 1 of the market in milk and milk products, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 141 1/71 ,2 and in particular Articles 13 (3 ) and 17 (4) thereof; The Annex to this Regulation shall be substituted for the Annex to Regulation ( EEC ) No 2637/70. Whereas the current situation on the Community market and in international trade makes it possible Article 2 to extend the period of validity of export licences for most milk products ; whereas the Annex to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2637/703 of 23 This Regulation shall enter into force on 10 April 1972 . December 1970 on special detailed rules for the application of the system of import and export licences and advance fixing certificates for However, the period of validity of licences issued agricultural products, as last amended by Regulation before the entry into force of this Regulation shall (EEC) No 369/724, should be amended accordingly; not be affected by this Regulation.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States . • .
