REGULATION (EEC) No 801/72 OF THE COUNCIL of 17 April 1972 fixing the subsidy for cotton seeds for the 1972/73 marketing year

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , Whereas Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 1516/71 provides for the annual fixing of a subsidy for cotton seeds produced within the Community so as to Having regard to the Treaty establishing the ensure fair returns for the producer, account being European Economic Community, and in particular taken of the market situation and foreseeable market Article 43 thereof; trends :

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1516/71 1 of 12 July 1971 introducing a system of HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : subsidies for cotton seeds, and in particular Article 1 (3 ) thereof; Sole Article Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; For the 1972/73 marketing year the subsidy provided Having regard to the Opinion of the European for in Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 1516/71 shall Parliament; be 80 units of account per hectare.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
