REGULATION (EEC) No 805/72 OF THE COUNCIL
of 17 April 1972
fixing the norm price, the intervention price and the reference qualities for leaf tobacco from the 1972 harvest
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the norm and intervention prices must be fixed in accordance with the criteria listed in Article 2 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 727/70 for each of the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the varieties of Community production and for a European Economic Community, and in particular reference quality of each variety; Article 43 thereof;
