REGULATION (EEC) No 942/72 OF THE COMMISSION of 5 May 1972 applying additional quality classes to certain fruit for the 1972/73 marketing year

Whereas Council Regulation No 211 /66/EEC3 of 14 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : December 1966 added a supplementary class to the common quality standards for apples and pears, Article 1 peaches and table grapes ; whereas a supplementary class was added to the common quality standards for cherries and strawberries by Council Regulation The additional classes provided for in the common (EEC) No 1194/694 of 26 June 1969 ; whereas quality standards shall apply to the products listed in Commission Regulation (EEC) No 379/715 of 19 the Annex to this Regulation and, for each of them, February 1971 laying down the common quality for the periods mentioned therein. standards for citrus fruit defined a Class III . which corresponds to the supplementary class within the meaning of Article 2 ( 1 ) of Regulation No > Article 2 158 /66/EEC ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the day Whereas, pursuant to Article 2 (2) of Regulation No following its publication in the Official Journal of the 158/66/EEC, the supplementary quality classes may European Communities.
