REGULATION (EEC) No 1088/72 OF THE COMMISSION

of 26 May 1972

on the exchange of quantitative information between Member States and the Commission regarding imports and exports of barley, malt, maize and rice

Whereas the management of the cereal market , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : requires a close watch to be kept on developments in both import and export markets ; whereas information on the quantities of rice, cereals and Article 1 certain products resulting from the processing of cereals for which licences have been issued is not 1 . Article2¶

At the end of each month, and for the first time at This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August the end of the third month following the entry into 1972 except as regards rice, for which it shall enter force of this Regulation , the Commission shall into force on 1 September 1972 . provide Member States with a summary of import and export movements based on the information received .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
