REGULATION (EEC) No 1100/72 OF THE COUNCIL of 30 May 1972 fixing the amount of aid in respect of silkworms for the 1972/73 rearing year

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , silkworm rearers, account being taken of the state of the market in cocoons and raw silk, of foreseeable Having regard to the Treaty establishing the trends on that market and of import policy ; European Economic Community, and in particular Article 43 thereof ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC ) No 845/721 of 24 April 1972 laying down special Article 1 measures to encourage silkworm rearing, and in particular Article 2 (3 ) thereof; In the case of the 1972/73 rearing year, the aid in respect of silkworms which is provided for in Article Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; 2 of Regulation (EEC) No 845/72 shall be 30 units of account per box of silkworm eggs used. Having regard to the Opinion of the European Parliament ; Article 2 Whereas Article 2 of Regulation (EEC) No 845/72 lays down that the amount of aid for silkworms This Regulation shall enter into force on the third reared within the Community must be fixed each day following its publication in the Official Journal year at a level which helps to ensure a fair income for of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
