REGULATION (EEC) No 1233 /72 OF THE COUNCIL of 15 June 1972 on the partial suspension of the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duty on mackerel, fresh, chilled or frozen, whole, headless or in pieces, falling within subheading No ex 03.01 B I (m) 2 and intended for the processing industry

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , duty on mackerel falling within subheading No ex 03.01 B I (m) 2 and intended for the processing industry should therefore be partially suspended from Having regard to the Treaty establishing the 16 June 1972 until 14 February 1973 ; European Economic Community, and in particular Article 28 thereof; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; Article 1 Having regard to the Opinion of the European Parliament; From 16 June 1972 until 14 February 1973 the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duty on Whereas the system established by Council mackerel, fresh, chilled or frozen, whole, headless or Regulation (EEC) No 2142/701 of 20 October 1970 in pieces falling within subheading No ex 03.01 B I on the common organization of the market in fishery (m) 2 of the Common Customs Tariff and intended products has applied since 1 February 1971 ; whereas for the processing industry, shall be suspended at appropriate measures should be taken to ensure 5% .
