REGULATION (EURATOM) No 1372/72 OF THE COUNCIL of 27 June 1972 altering the conditions governing remuneration and social security for establishment staff of the Joint Nuclear Research Centre employed in the Federal Republic of Germany

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , and the 'Manteltarifvertrag fur Arbeiter des Bundes ', Regulation No 9 /65 /Euratom should be amended ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC, Euratom, ECSC) No 259/68 1 of 29 February 1968 on the Staff Regulations of Officials and the Conditions of HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Employment of Other Servants of the Communities, and in particular Articles 4 (2), 94 and 95 of the Article 1 Conditions of Employment; Regulation No 9/65 /Euratom shall be amended as Having regard to Council Regulation No 9/65/Eur­ follows with effect from 1 January 1972 : atom2 of 16 March 1965 laying down the conditions governing remuneration and social security for staff of the Joint Nuclear Research Centre employed in 1 . Article2¶

Regulation 9/65 /Euratom shall be amended as follows with effect from 1 February 1972 .

1 . The following shall be substituted for the last sentence of Article 4 (3 ):

This allowance shall be reduced by DM67 from 1 February 1972 for establishment staff whose remuneration falls within Class I, Groups 1 to 4 or Class II, Group 1 ; it shall be reduced by DM40 for establishment staff whose remuneration falls within Class I, Group 5 or Class II, Groups 2 to 4'.

2 . The following Annex shall be substituted for the existing Annex :

Article 3 .

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
