REGULATION (EEC) No 1405 /72 OF THE COUNCIL of 27 June 1972 fixing the threshold price for cereals for the 1972/73 marketing year

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, cereals in competition with these products may be reached at Duisburg; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to Council Regulation No Sole Article 120/67/EEC1 of 13 June 1967 on the common organization of the market in cereals, as last amended For the 1972/73 marketing year, the threshold prices by Regulation (EEC) No 796/72,2 and in particular for cereals shall be as follows : Article 5 (5 ) ( b) thereof;
