REGULATION (EEC) No 1415/72 OF THE COUNCIL of 27 June 1972 including further products in the list given in Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1025/70 establishing common rules for imports from third countries

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Article 1 European Economic Community; The products indicated in the Annex to this Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Regulation shall be included in the list given in 1025/70 of 25 May 1970,1 establishing common rules Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1025/70. for imports from third countries, and in particular Article 2 thereof; Article 2 Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; The Commission is authorized -to publish Annex I to Whereas certain products not yet included in the list Regulation (EEC) No 1025 /70 in the version as given in Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1025 /70 extended by Regulations (EEC) Nos 1984/70,2 have been liberalized by all Member States ; 724/71 ,3 1080/71 ,4 2384/715 and by this Regulation .

Whereas their inclusion in the aforementioned list is Article 3 not liable to create a situation where the application of protective measures would be justified ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the third Whereas these products should therefore be entered day following its publication in the Official Journal in that list; of the European Communities .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
