REGULATION (EEC) No 1416/72 OF THE COUNCIL of 27 June 1972 including further products in the list given in Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1025/70 establishing common rules for imports from third countries

rHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , be authorized to bring such list up to date and to have it published ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1025/70 of 25 May 19701 establishing common rules Article 1 for imports from third countries, and in particular Article 2 thereof; The products indicated in the Annex to this Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; Regulation shall be included in the list given in Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1025/70. Whereas certain products not yet included in the list *iven in Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1025/70 Article 2 have been liberalized by all Member States;
