REGULATION (EEC) No 1454/72 OF THE COMMISSION
of 6 July 1972
determining for the 1972/73 marketing year certain marketing centres for cereals and the relevant derived intervention prices
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM apply must be governed by the application of the MUNITIES, criteria which are also laid down in that Regulation ;
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Whereas the consultations provided for in Article European Economic Community; 4 (6) of Regulation No 120/67/EEC have been held;
Having regard to Council Regulation No Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation 120/67/EEC1 of 13 June 1967 on the common are in accordance with the Opinion of the organization of the market in cereals, as last amended Management Committee for Cereals ; by Regulation (EEC) No 796/72,2 and in particular Article 4 (6) thereof; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas the derived intervention prices fixed by the Council for the principal marketing centres are no more than a framework for the regionalization of Article 1 Community prices ; whereas the addition to be made to that arrangement by the determination of other For the 1972/73 marketing year, and with effect from derived intervention prices, operative for other 1 August 1972, the marketing centres provided for in marketing centres, must above all facilitate the free Article 4 (5 ) (a) of Regulation No 120/67/EEC and circulation of cereals ; the derived intervention prices applicable at these centres shall be as shown in the Annex to this Whereas these additional derived intervention prices Regulation . must be calculated according to the rules laid down by Council Regulation No 131 /67/EEC3 of 13 June Article 2 1967 laying down rules for deriving intervention prices and for determining certain marketing centres for cereals, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of 1205 /694 ; whereas, moreover, the choice of its publication in the Official Journal of the additional marketing centres to which these prices European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

Juni 1972, zur Festlegung der wesentlichsten Handelsplätze für Getreide und der für diese Handelsplätze geltenden abgeleiteten Interventionspreise sowie des einzigen Interventionspreises für Mais und für Hartweizen für das Wirtschaftsjahr 1972/1973 festgesetzt (ABl.
