REGULATION (EEC) No 1525/72 OF THE COMMISSION of 17 July 1972 • fixing the threshold prices for certain classes of flour, groats and meal for the 1972/73 marketing year

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : MUNITIES,

Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community; For the 1972/73 marketing year, the threshold prices Having regard to Council Regulation No for the products listed in Article 1 (c) of Regulation 120/67/EEC1 of 13 June 1967 on the common No 120/67/EEC are fixed as follows : organization of the market in cereals, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2727/71,2 and in particular (in units of account Article 5 (6) thereof; per 1000 kg) Wheat and meslin flour 170-05 Whereas, pursuant to Article 5 (5 ) of the abovementioned Regulation, the threshold prices for Rye flour 160-25 wheat flour, meslin flour and rye flour, and for wheat groats and meal must be fixed according to the Common wheat groats and meal 183-65 rules and for the standard qualities laid down in Durum wheat groats and meal 206-55 Articles 6, 7, 8 and 9 of Regulation (EEC) No 1397169s; whereas the calculations made in accordance with those rules give the prices shown below; Article 2

Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the Opinion of the This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August Management Committee for Cereals ; 1972 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
