REGULATION (EEC) No 1559/72 OF THE COMMISSION of 20 July 1972

amending Regulation (EEC) No 1204/72 laying down detailed rules for the application of the subsidy system for oil seeds

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ (EEC) No 2114/715 of 28 September 1971 on the MUNITIES, subsidy for oil seeds, as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2730/716; whereas, account being taken of the level of subsidy fixed in recent months , the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the amount of the deposit should be increased ; European Economic Community ; Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No are in accordance with the Opinion of the 136/66/EEC1 of 22 September 1966 on the Management Committee for Oils and Fats ; establishment of a common organization of the market in oils and fats, as last amended by HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Regulation (EEC ) No 2727/71 ,2 and in particular Article 27 (5 ) thereof; Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation No 162 /66/EEC3 of 27 October 1966 on trade in oils and In Article 28 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC ) No 1204/72, fats between the Community and Greece, and in the figure of 12 units of account shall be substituted particular Article 8 thereof; for the figure of 10 units of account.

Article 2 Whereas Article 28 ( 1 ) of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1204/724 of 7 June 1972 laying down detailed rules for the application of the subsidy This Regulation shall enter into force on the third system for oil seeds fixed the amount of the deposit­ day following its publication in the Official Journal referred to in Article 9 (2) of Council Regulation of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
