REGULATION (EEC) No 1651/72 OF THE COUNCIL

of 31 July 1972 amending, as regards private storage aid for table wine, Regulation (EEC) No 816/70 laying down additional provisions for the common organization of the market in wine

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Article 1 European Economic Community, and in particular Article 43 thereof; The following Article shall be added to Regulation (EEC) No 816/70 : Having regard to the proposal from the Commission;
