REGULATION (EEC) No 1653 /72 OF THE COUNCIL of 31 July 1972 amending the guide prices for calves and adult bovine animals operative for the 1972/73 marketing year

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, prices are fixed, account should be taken of developments since those prices were fixed;

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 43 thereof; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC ) No Article 1 805/681 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal, as last amended by The guide prices for calves and adult bovine animals Regulation (EEC) No 2838/71 ,2 and in particular operative from 15 September 1972 for the 1972/73 Article 3 (4) thereof; marketing year shall be:

Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; Units of account per 100 kg live weight Having regard to the Opinion of the European Calves 96-50 Parliament; Adult bovine animals 78-00 Whereas the guide prices for adult bovine animals and calves operative for the 1972/73 marketing year Article 2 were fixed by Council Regulation (EEC) No 672/71 3 of 30 March 1971 and Council Regulation (EEC) No 651 /724 of 30 March 1972 respectively; whereas, in Regulations (EEC) Nos 672/71 and 651 /72 are view of the objectives to be considered when guide hereby repealed.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
