REGULATION (EEC) No 1675 /72 OF THE COUNCIL of 2 August 1972 fixing aid for seed for the 1972/73 marketing year

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas Article 3 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 2358 /71 lays down that such aid must be fixed taking into account the need to ensure a balance between Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular the volume of production required within the Community and the outlets for such production, and Article 43 thereof; also the prices for the products in question on external markets ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 235 8 /71 1 of 26 October 1972 on the common organization of the market in seeds, and in particular HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 3 (3 ) thereof; Article 1 Having regard to the proposal from the Commission; For the 1972/73 marketing year, the aid referred to in Having regard to the Opinion of the European Article 3 of Regulation (EEC) No 2358 /71 shall be as shown in the Annex.
